Hey Kim,

Alma from Zing here, see you got the package and started with my personal favorite flavor. Just wanted to shout out and give ya'll a coupon if you want to try them out for a discount. Use KRM20 starting Monday afternoon (9/13-9/27) and it will expire two weeks later. Hope you enjoy the other flavors and thanks for snacking :-)

How very strange. Just this week I have been also snacking on whole, plain radishes at work, which I thought was a healthy and completely normal thing to do, but apparently not. My boss was complaining that the stench of the radishes was too much for her so I had to put them away. The stench?? They taste fantastically piquant. I'm all for snacking on good ol' plain radishes.

Hi Sarah, I buy pre-cooked Udon Noodles. They're in single serve packages (three servings per pack) in the organic refrigerated section of my grocery store. I make them a lot like I would make ramen from the packet. I boil 2 cups of water, loosen the noodles then ad a spice packet (miso broth, but I've nixed the broth packet and used chicken and seafood broth instead of water before). I add a dash of soy sauce and hot sauce to the liquid, then shrimp and bok choy. I cover the pot and let it all cook together for a few minutes.

Voila! I'm totally addicted to this stuff.

Ok I'm drooling. Are the noodles from trader joe's? Care to share the recipe? I'm all soup all the time dreaming of fall. The zing bar looks great too. As for the running I found I have good days and bad days. Stay positive and push yourself when the body allows.
