I’m feeling pretty winnertastic myself today. I started the day off with my first spin class in months! It was awesome, the instructor had me laughing hysterically the whole time, and sweating like a mofo. I don’t want to toot my own horn or anything, but it’s been a long time since I felt particularly challenged on a spin bike. This was a hard class, according to my heart rate monitor I burned 600 calories in 45 minutes, I usually burn about 350 in an hour. Sweet!
Later in the day I hit up Ikea and to put the last touches on my home office.
I’m ready to unveil it now:
I refinished an old brown lamp with some pink ribbon, and framed a cute post card as a reminder to keep all my ducks in a row.

Voila! So much better than a big empty room! I mean who wouldn’t want to go to work there everyday?
Good thing I like it so much, because I have a lot of work to catch up on this weekend.
