Yesterday, before I left the comfort of my warm Brooklyn apartment to head to rehearsal, I had the opportunity to interview Denise Austin.  Yes, the Denise Austin whose DVD I reviewed a couple of weeks ago, and who has epitomized aerobic fitness for me the entirety of my life.  The review is live on Social Workout, if you’re interested.  For the record she was really nice.

Today, I did something I haven’t done in a while.  I stayed home and played writer.  I took off the day from my jobby-job and spent the morning with a friend in a coffee shop where we simultaneously wrote our respective assignments with intermittent bursts of friendly chatter.  Really it was perfect.  I wish everyday were like that.

Now all that’s left is a little yoga before bed.
