Look I ate more than one meal today!

First of all, breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, I just don’t have any breakfast food in the house.  I must go grocery shopping!  So, breakfast was a no-go, but I did head over to a friends house and she made a yummy lunch of homemade pesto and linguine.  We spent the majority of the day walking all over Brooklyn, and at one point met up with another friend for coffee.  It was a really sweet and simple day.  The kind of day that makes you happy to just be present in the moment.

Tonight I’m turning in reasonably early as I’m heading to the Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp tomorrow morning.  Last time I did the class I burned around 1400 calories (including the walk back to my Brooklyn neighborhood afterward), so I want to make sure I’m well rested beforehand.
