I’m going to to put this out there, and I’m guessing I’m not the only one:

When I’m out of my eating environment, meaning my home, the fridge and pantry I stock myself, somehow I’m not quite sure how to eat.  It’s like somehow when I’m not completely in control, I’m not in control at all.  I’m trying though.  Yesterday, even though my friends and I ordered in Chinese food, I ordered steamed shrimp and broccoli with sauce on the side-but still, all my eating always feels all wrong when I’m outside of my eating comfort zone. I tried to keep it healthy, but I probably ate few too many baked potato chips, they may be baked, but they’re all sorts of laden with flavorings that I can’t pronounce and that sort of goes against my eating ground rules.

This is one of the side effects of being a food blogger and always having a camera with you at every single of moment of life…people hide from you.

I guess I’ll just stick with food from now on.
