It’s time for another DVD Giveaway!
This time it’s one that I’ve already reviewed, well not the exact copy that I’ve reviewed, a new copy, but I’d be highly surprised if they individualized them all. Although, that would be highly impressive, I must say.
Dance and Be Fit: Lower Body Burn, may not be the hardest workout, but it’s fun, it’s dancy, it makes you feel all hot and sexy in the hips. The warm up kind of blows, blows in the way too intense for the rest of the DVD sort of way. I kind of suggest that you do a little warm up on your own, then skip it and get right to the nitty-gritty of the DVD. Once you get past the warm-up it’s kind of fun, actually it’s really fun.
