‘Memba when  I asked for your feedback oh-so-many months ago about how you like the blog to be structured?  “Keep things as they are” was the winner by a narrow margin.  I’m taking a relook at my blogging (and eating) methods these days, and have decided to give those of you that liked the idea of me posting all my food in one big blog-a trial period.  Instead of three blogs daily about food, I’m thinking one blog in the AM about life, body image, fitness, general words of brilliance, followed by; a blog in the evening once my days eating activities have ceased-complete with calorie counts.  If it sucks and you hate it, let me know.  If it’s brilliant and you love it, let me know that to.  After all, what point is there in blogging if your readers hate you.

Oh, oh, oh, and more…In the next few days things may be a bit wonky around here.  I’m working on a redesign of the site and a switch of hosts.  Don’t be scared if you come in search of food porn and instead see a “This Page is Unavailable” those are just growing pains, check back in a few minutes.

Phewww, glad I got that off my chest.  Now on to the daily recap…

Did you know that Kilimjaro is an elliptical machine setting?  Yeah, I didn’t either, till I decide to shake things up in my workout routine and revisit the wondrous word of ellipticising (…)<–grammar joke, hehehe. It was hard.  Who knew the elliptical could be hard?  My calf muscles asked for their promise ring back, but I’m holding out hope that they’ll have forgotten this whole thing by tomorrow morning.  To even things out on the angry muscles front, I did some upper body strength training.

Rene: It doesn’t suprise me at all that we have similar resolutions.  Although I’ve never met you in real life, I’m fairly certain we’re actually the same person on different coasts.

Anita: Your arm muscle makey doohicky looks awesome, yet painful.  You’ll have to keep me up to date on it’s underarm firming progress.  Rock on with your rock hard arms!
