I’m officially brain dead and exhausted and that is exactly the way I like to end my days.  It was a busy day, I did a lot, I worked out, I didn’t eat crap all day.  I’m feeling pretty rock solid.  Rock solid in that if I stay awake any longer I’ll probably throw up kind of way-sigh of contentment.

Hannah: No, they didn’t come right out and say “We think you’re fat, old, or ugly so we’re putting you in the back. It was just kind of obvious.

Word of warning: Trader Joe’s Dark Covered Chocolate Pretzels, amazing.  I had a couple post run while I was waiting for much lunch to heat up and then I actually had to hide the bag from myself.  Amazing!

My dinner was awesome.  You know when you make something that really hits the spot, that comes out perfectly and makes you feel good after you eat it instead of bloated.  I made a homemade pizza from a whole wheat flat bread, tomato sauce, sauteed red onions, zucchini, and yellow peppers, topped with fresh mozzarella (none of that shredded stuff!) and topped it with some herbs.  Superb.  I had a salad afterward to make sure I had a well rounded intake of fruits and veggies for the day. I may quickly become obsessed with this little meal.

tomato sauce (plain sauce, not pasta sauce)
1/2 a zucchini, 1/3 a bell pepper and some red onion
Fresh Mozzarella
Salad w/lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chickpeas, lite vinaigrette

Now I’m off to give myself a little facial with a Dead Sea mud pack I brought back from Israel, do a little pleasure reading and hit the hay.  Have a great night.
