I woke up at 2am, ate breakfast, commenced working and somewhere around 7am I was starving again.  Definitely not time for a lunch type meal as I’d like to one day return to my normal circadian rhythms, so I made myself a second breakfast.  I finished my writing assignment, but still have a lot to catch up on.  I may take a mid morning nap then hit the gym and get my worker bee on before my class tonight.  Thank goodness I have class tonight-I’ll have to stay awake past 5:30.

Hannah: Thanks so much.   I missed it too.  Everytime I sat down to a meal I’d think about what I was going to write about when I got home.  Of course when I actually got home I was way too exhausted to think of anything witty.  I also had to keep myself in check from falling into the diet mentality that I hate-my body feels off and my clothes feel tight but I refuse to do anything drastic and keep on keepin’ on in the Kim Challenge way.

Lara: I saw that on your blog.  Blog plagiarism is not uncommon unfortunately.  That doesn’t make it legal.  The great thing about blogging is that all your writing is time stamped which can show you posted it before they did.  I would make sure that you have the copyright symbol at the bottom of your page with your name.  Internet Intellectual Property writes are a pretty hot topic among the young lawyers I know but it’s also an area with a lot of grey area to it.  I think that most of these thieves know that it would cost you more to prosecute than your blog makes and therefore they feel safe.  That wouldn’t stop me from sending them an email in order to scare the bejebus out of them, nor contacting their web provider telling them you’ll sue them for hosting.  I’m not an expert in this, but I do know it happens to many many bloggers.  I’m sure you’ve already done it, but I would definitely do a search and see what steps other bloggers have gone to in preventing and prosecuting these people.
