Aunt Flo is visiting in a few days which pretty much means I want to eat all the time.  Hate that, but I know there’s a scientific reason for it. Something to do with insulin levels dropping with hormones that make you crave carbs.  I love science, and I love carbs.  That love for carbs and hormone fluctuation made me nix the idea of one more day of chili for lunch and go straight for the pasta.
