I’m eating my way through Chicago.  By the time Chicagoman and I met up last night I was considering cannibilism, but the nice people of the midwest deserve so much more than to be ripped to shreds by my inscisors, so I refrained.  We did however hit up a tapas place and had an an interesting array of Nuevo Spanish cuisine and lots of sangria.

As for today, all my food thus far as been tubular.  Hehehehe-I have the sense of humor of a twelve year old boy.  Starting out okay with a Banana, then heading to “the sausage superstore” for some serious sausage.

lunch-12311“There are no two finer words in the English language than, ‘encased meats,’ my friend.”
We shared a classic Chicago-style dog, a Ribeye Steak Sausage with Horseradish Cream Sauce and Crispy Fried Onions Dog, a Smoked Portuguese Chourico with Saffron Rouille and Iberico Cheese, with a side of duck fat fries and a root beer.
