Holy Resolvers Batman!  The gym was packed today.  I took my own advice and did some intervals in my run today. Ten minutes of running then five of walking and ten of running then, a cool down.  I’m going to do a short yoga DVD tonight to stretch my newly weary muscles.

Now that I’m sufficiently sweaty and gross I’m at a cafe talking blog format with two of the writers for Forkful of News and of course updating my food intake here.
