Okay, so I bailed on the Crunch party last night, I was stuck at work late, then friend wanted to grab dinner (and honestly dinner and talking seemed way more therapeutic than skinny jeans and mingling), and after that I showed my apartment to a couple of potential roommates. I’m having a big ole open house on Wednesday, and hope to have a new roommate decided on by Friday. Today is more work, lots more. Doing two full time jobs is insane. I have class tonight till 9, then I may have another person stopping by to look at the apartment, and then I need to do a DVD for review on Elastic Waist. All this stress is doing wonders for my body though, my pants are falling off. Never, ever would I have imagined that size 8 would be too big on me, but it looks like if I’m going to ward off being mistaken for a bag lady or thug, I’m going to have to invest in some sixes. I’ll have to go shopping soon-I just don’t know when I’ll have time time.
Here’s the food rundown:
Rene: Mandy Patinkin was great, the whole production was really, really well done. Which I have to say was surprising. The more modern productions of Classical Theatre I see the more disillusioned I become; I think there are very few companies that pull off good renditions of the classics. That’s just my two-cents, so I was really quite thrilled with this production of The Tempest.
