I have a bit of catching up to do.  I didn’t post my lunch and dinner yesterday because I was running around like a mad woman.  Today is really no better.  I shot this morning; have an audition this afternoon, then another shoot, then dinner with friends, then I have to get cracking on an exercise DVD series I need to have reviewed by the end of the week.  I try to avoid artificial stuff, but I’m starting to think I may need to invest in red bull.

Kat: no worries, I didn’t take in personally 😉 .  That’s the danger in cross blogging.

Here’s the breakdown for yesterday and today:

Lunch 10.14

Vegetable Soup
Salad with tuna/pasta salad (I didn’t eat all of this, it was bigger than it looked)

Dinner 10.14

I had class last night, a smoothie was all I had time for
Strawberry, banana smoothie with protein booster from jamba juice

When I got home I had half a pita with hummus and some popcorn, no picture.


Breakfast 10.15

Oatmeal with sour cream
Grape juice

Lunch 10.15

Nonfat Greek yogurt with honey, strawberries, blackberries and almond slivers

Dinner 10.15

Steamed shrimp dumplings in miso broth
Diet coke (I never drink soda, woah!)
