I can’t believe we’re almost done with September. This year has really flown by. The weather is starting to get cool and it’s exactly where I like it, sadly it won’t be long before the crisp fall air turns into the frigid unbearable winter. I must remember to enjoy this while it lasts.

The second half of this week has fared much better than the first half in regard to exercise. I got up this morning and hit a 6:30 spin class. The first few minutes were tough, I really wasn’t ready to move at a slow walk never mind a quick ride. It did get better and when the hour was up I felt amazing and really energized. I’m going to need that energy because it’s going to be a long day. My friend is producing a comedy show tonight and I volunteered to help out, so after work I’ll head to the theatre and help do what needs to be done. Needless to say; I brought my lunch and dinner with me today since I doubted there would be time for a healthy meal after work. If the show gets out early enough I may try to catch an improv show, since my instructor this session gave me a condescending speech about how I need to fulfill my two-show requirement. I will do what needs to be done, but since this is a class I’m taking for recreation and last time I checked I was a fully formed adult-I highly resent being spoken to like I’m a 4th grader who didn’t hand in their math homework. Gah.

I’m not really cranky; I just haven’t finished my coffee yet 😉
