Kat and Lara thanks so much for your comments last week. You were both right on; I did a lot of thinking and prioritizing this weekend. I’m not going to whine or feel sorry for myself; I’m going to do what needs to be done. And what needs to be done is prioritizing. I’ve rearranged my schedule in a manner that will hopefully keep me more sane. My show will now be shooting in the evening (most of the time), which will leave my mornings free-so I’m working to get into an AM gym routine, that’s worked out pretty well the last few days. I’ve had to make it clear to friends that I’m going to be more MIA than usual, and they’ve been very receptive which is great. I even scheduled next months book club at my apartment, so for once they’ll all have to come into Brooklyn instead of me out to Long Island which will be much less stressful for me. I can’t say it’s always easy to push things and people to the back burner, but I really feel confident in knowing this is what I have to do right now and I owe it to myself to make the work I’m doing the best it can be. So, thank you, you’re all very, very wise.

Exercise: This morning I got up at 5am and hit the gym for 30 minutes on the Elliptical and 20 minutes on the StairClimber. I’m going to try and do a portion of a pilates DVD tonight before bed just to get some toning in.
