I need to figure out a way to get my sleepy arse out of bed in the mornings and hit the gym. My alarm went off at 5am, I proceeded to turn it off, say to myself that I’d get up in five minutes and then wake up at 7am. I can’t wait for daylight savings to happen, I feel like that’s my key to getting up earlier. Okay maybe not, maybe I just need to have a little more discipline, but it’s really hard to get out of the comforts of by bed. I’m going to be honest with myself and say that I’m probably not going to workout tonight, as I’m meeting up with the crew of The Daily Special for drinks, then going out with a friend tonight. Busy night! But, tomorrow I will get out of bed and go running before work. That will give me good motivation to not drink much tonight.

I made my first batch of yogurt last night. Each vial looks a little different-some are a totally solid consistency, some have that liquidy whey a top a glob of yogurt. They’re setting in the fridge now, I’ll let you know how it all turns out.

Besides making yogurt I made dinner. I had some bok choy left and wanted to use it up, so udon soup it was. Honestly as awesome as this meal is, I think my infatuation with it is over. I go through these phases where I want to eat one thing all the time, then I just stop. I think the end is near.
