Well, like I suspected my plan to spin and bake was derailed last night, but I did have yummy Italian food. Tonight however, there will be cookies baked and miles run. I’m heading home after work, baking, then I’ll hit the gym (post rush hour) for a run and some strength training, come home and make some kale and white bean soup for dinner/lunch the rest of the week. Sounds like a good plan to me.
