I am a slacker of immense proportion.  I fell asleep around 8:30 last night.  I came home, made dinner and planned on doing an exercise video, which I was then going to review for Elastic Waist for today, but instead just fell asleep.  Did I get up at 5am and go to the gym as planned?  Nope, slept till 7:30am.  I’m going to go ahead and say that my body was seriously in need of sleep and forgive myself, especially because I feel better than I have in weeks today.  But, for the sake of the current placement of my ass I would like to re-establish a permanent gym schedule.

For the wee bit of the evening that I was conscious last night I did make dinner, and here’s what it looked like:

Chickpea and Eggplant Stew (I froze some last week)

Almonds

Tonight I’m going out to dinner.  Not sure I’ll ever get to that exercise video.  Perhaps if I make use of my espresso maker.
