This weekend was really just what I needed.  Sleep, friends, good food, good workouts, maintenance.  Too bad it’s Monday.  Ahh, well, life must go on. I’m going to go ahead and state now that my pictures are a little off.  I had a second breakfast, because I woke up at 4am today and by the time I got to work at 9:30 was starving.  I keep oatmeal packets in my desk drawer, so I had a little oatmeal.  Said oatmeal held me over a little too well, and I’m not all that hungry for lunch, so just had the carrots and mango and left the orange and yogurt and granola for tomorrow.  Perhaps I’ll have them for a snack if I get hungry later.
