Running on all cylinders. It’s been a pretty stressful week between my dad getting surgery, writing, blogging, taping, working a grown up job. I need sleep. I have to see an improv show tonight at 11pm because the improv class I’m going to requires attendance at two shows and I haven’t seen any yet and it’s almost done. I may just go home, sleep, get up, go to the show, come back, sleep. I do really need a workout though, that’s definitely been the element of my life I’ve let fall by the wayside. I’m just going to play this one by ear.

Last night, even though I really didn’t have time to, I went to my friends apartment for dinner, and it was great. A really healthy, homemade Indian dinner. The wine and girl talk was great too. Sometimes you just need to say “fuck it” to your responsibilities and have a life.

There were potatoes and peas and beans and rice and a yogurt sauce with fresh cucumber, all of the names of which I have no idea of, but it was great!

Iced coffee with soy milk

Banana
Low Fat Yogurt with granola and fresh strawberries
Cherries

Dinner

Salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and avocado, topped with lite vinaigrette
Whole wheat rice with lentils and steamed summer squash
