The good news is when I weighed myself this morning I was 142 which is my lowest adult weight.  Craziness, especially since I only exercised once this week and I don’t really consider myself dieting anymore now that the SELF Challenge is over. But hey, I’m not complaining. Of course that won’t last too long because I decided to make today the day that I indulge my cravings.  I have been thinking about chicken wings non stop for weeks, so it needed to happen.  So my breakfast/lunch for today was straight from the local Chinese restaurant:


Wonton Soup
Fried Chicken Wings

I think I’ll spend the rest of the day walking around Brooklyn, doing chores and luxuriating in the wonder that is Saturday.
