From the Comments Yesterday:
Sani, Thanks for the encouragement.  I do like Atlas Shrugged so far but I’m still at the beginning.  I really think it’s good to be exposed to all sorts of philosophies, that’s how we become well rounded people, so I’m not taking other peoples commentary on my reading escapades too seriously.  It’s a book, you know?  I’m not clubbing baby seals.  Almonds, yes they’re pre-packaged.  I buy them at Trader Joes (have I mentioned that Trader Joes is the love of my life?  Yeah, we’re involved).  The package is called hand full of nuts and it’s a great way to port nuts around.

It’s Friday!  I love Friday!  I’m sad that it’s going to rain all day tomorrow, but rain happens.  Tonight will be a typical Friday night for me, come home from work; workout; shower; get all prettified; go out with friends.  Oh Summer in New York it makes life worth living.

Breakfast

Banana
Barbara’s Puffins Cereal: Peanut Butter Flavored with 1% milk

My stomach felt so not good after cereal this morning.  Perhaps I’m not so good with dairy, but I like dairy and can’t really see giving it up.  I try to listen to my body, but sometimes a compromise is in order.

Lunch

Chickpea and eggplant stew
Grapefruit
Apple
Almonds

 Dinner

Cajun seasoned Tilapia
Steamed Zucchini
Salad with Lettuce, tomato, carrot, avocado and lite vinaigrette

This was the easiest dinner ever, with the help of those handy-dandy ziploc steamer bags and my George Foreman grill it took literally 5 minutes to put together and it was delicious.  Look out Rachel Ray and your 30 minute meals I’m coming up with meals under 10 minutes!

I’m going to take a quick nap then head out or the night.  I’m going to limit my drinking intake to 1 (okay maybe 2) lite beers or glasses of wine.  Happy Friday!
