Yeah, I forgot to blog yesterday, but I’m a fairly boring eater so I had exactly the same thing for breakfast and lunch as I’d had all previous days this week.  After my Bikram class last night I had a salad with tomato and feta and lite vinaigrette as well as an egg white omelet with lite cheese and turkey bacon.  I really had that omelet because yesterday I woke up craving a sausage egg and cheese sandwich, but I really couldn’t find the justification for it, so I did as close to a healthy alternative as I could for dinner.  Craving satiated, I can now move on with the rest of my life.

As for today, I’m not sure what’s on the docket.  It’s rainy and gross here, and I woke up with all the symptoms of allergies.  Red teary eyes, runny nose, congested throat.  I’ve never had allergies before, but they say you can develop them as you get older.  In reaction to my new found membership to the red-nose club, I’m totally bummy today. Long sleaved t-shirt, glasses, hair pulled back in a wet bun because I didn’t feel like blow-drying just to go out in the rain again.  All of this to say that I’m going out to happy hour with some girlfriends, it’s a good thing I’m acting as wingwoman because seriously, I’m no prize.

If happy hour is postponed/ends early I may go home and do an exercise video or something, perhaps hit the gym for some running, but like I said, it’s icky out.  Sometimes I’m psyched to get my ass in gear and hit the gym, sometimes I’m not.  Today I am not.
