This is my last week of the SELF Challenge. Woot! Part of me will miss blogging my food intake, but there’s a giant other part of me that feels like a huge burden will be lifted. I’m probably more responsible about my food once I see photographic evidence of it’s existance, but I miss the laziness of normal eating. I’ll still blog about food issues on my other blog, Food for Thought, but it’s a whole other animal really. But hey, it ain’t over till it’s over, and I’ve got the rest of the week to get this booty in gear. I had a great weekend, went to the SELF Workout in the Park on Saturday, had lunch with some girlfriends on Sunday, then had dinner and a movie time with a boy that I like, hehehehe. I will proceed to do girlish giggling type things while I write the rest of this entry.
Breakfast: 5.12.08-The Norm
I have a meeting then rehearsal till 10ish, so a Larabar and fruit might have to suffice for dinner. No exercise for me today. Speaking of exercise on Saturday’s SELF Workout in the park I took an Urban Rebounding class and I’m still sore. I however do not recommend jumping on a trampoline while nursing a UTI, but hey sometimes you’ve got to shake things up a bit and by things I mean your swollen bladder. Anywho, it’s a great workout, if you have classes in your area I highly recommend it. Totally fun!
