Ninety minutes of spin is exhausting.  I just wanted to throw that out there.  I burned around 800 calories, says my heart rate monitor, so I guess that’s a pretty decent workout.  I was ravenous when I got home, and I’d been fantasizing about pasta all day.  I did stay away from the pizza today, so I’m giving myself a big pat on the back, I did however have a couple of cookies (Hey, I’m not perfect!)

Pasta with steamed broccoli and tomato sauce
Salad with cucumber, feta, walnuts and lite vinaigrette.

Now I’m in a carb/cardio coma.  I may need a nap before I head out for the evening.
