I’ve been doing this thing lately, it’s really great, it’s called sleep.  Have you tried it?  Oh my, it really does wonders for the disposition.  I was definitely planning on hitting the gym in the AM before work, because my new shooting schedule excludes Tuesday and Friday, but I slept until 7:30 instead.  I packed my gym bag and will go running straight from work then off to bikram.  One small problem, I brought everything but a shirt to run in.  Hmm, topless running?  Probably not.  I might pick up a cheap t-shirt during my lunch break in which to sweat to later.

Speaking of exercise, Tuesday’s are generally a big eating during the day-day for me because I work out after work and don’t eat dinner till late, so here’s the daily rundown:

Breakfast 4.29.08: Really I should have just used yesterday’s picture

Nonfat Plain Yogurt with honey, walnuts and strawberries
Coffee with 1% milk and splenda

Lunch 42.29.08

Split Pea Soup
Whole Grain Bread
Lite String Cheese

Yup that’s a lot of food, but I think I can handle it 🙂
