Alright, so technically Passover doesn’t end till sundown, but it’s a dark gloomy day and I woke up late, so I declared 11:30am sundown.  I have to say that I really noticed a shift in the way my body felt all week.  I don’t plan on giving up bread again anytime soon, you will find no sympathy for the Atkins diet here, but I do think a part of this feeling is the lack of corn syrup I ingested. I didn’t eat any candy or products with corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup, and I think that made a huge difference in the way my body feels.  Something I will continue to exlpore.  I went grocery shopping today and checked the labels on every item, buying only products organic and with simple ingredients.  I will now play guinea pig with myself.

Toast with laughing cow cheese

Yum.  I’m so glad to be back with my bread.
