Well in a few minutes I’ll be off to my yearly gynecological visit. Yes that is too much information, but it is very important to get your lady parts checked out regularly, so if you don’t, you should do it!  It would be a shame to be so awesome about taking care of your body in regard to health and fitness but then let your baby-maker fall by the wayside.  I’m actually very conscious of yearly check ups for all things, dental, eye, cooter, etc.  Luckily, I very rarely get sick but I still think we should keep the fine doctors of this world employed.

Anyhoo, I’m still on the Passover bandwagon.  I was invited out to one of my favoritist bars in all of Brooklyn last night, a bar that has dollar hot dogs and PBRs, but I can’t have beer or bread so I figured I’d better fight the temptation.  Plus, beer and hot dogs aren’t so great for you, especially when you happen to be getting new headshots TOMORROW!  But that’s a rant for a later blog.

Today in regard to exercise I’m going for a quick run after work then meeting my yoga buddy for a 90-minute Bikram class.  Sweating to the Matzo.

Breakfast 4.22.08: Are those your reproductive or mine?

Two hard boiled eggs
Chocolate milk with no sugar added chocolate syrup (and surprisingly no corn syrup)

Lunch 4.22.08: I’m a little fruity

Two Bananas
Fruit Salad
Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
