So, today is a no exercise day, but that’s alright because I’m feeling kind of exhausted lately.  I am, however, running and going to yoga tomorrow, so I don’t feel too bad about it 😉

I do have time to make dinner for myself before going out later, which is always something that puts me at ease.  I like knowing I have control over what I eat, and there are many times I find myself out without a food plan, which usually leads to buffalo wings.

Salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, goat cheese and lite vinaigrette

I ate my fill of junk food this weekend, so I’m trying to have a vegetable heavy week to get my body back in-tune, plus the SELF Challenge requires so many vegetable servings!!!!
