I’m beginning to get nervous about this whole climbing 1,210 stairs this Saturday.  That’s a lot of stairs!  Seriously people, a lot of stairs and last time I climbed that many stairs I tore my calf muscle.  I must remember that it’s all for a great cause, and that my ass will look fantastic.

Back to present day.  This morning was kind of funny, I got up late cause I got home late woke up taped a kim cam segment in my room, made breakfast out of the remaining cereals I had (weetabix, and pecan crunch thingy) and went on my way.

Tuna Sandwich on whole wheat
Celery and Peanut Butter
Fage 2% yogurt with Cherry (not pictured)

This is my last real workout in NYC before I head to Miami.  I plan on using the hotel gym, but who knows what that means.  Eeek.  I’m going to try and make it worth it.

30 min Stair Climbing.

Ahh, I’m getting seriously nervous about this.  But it’s just one day, and I can do anything once, right? Right!  I can do this, it’ll be like the time that I hiked up a Swiss Alp, I hated it while I was doing it, but once it was over I was so proud of myself.  I’m gearing myself up to be proud of myself.
