I don’t know why I insist on running home in the 1.5 hours I have between rehearsal and work to eat, but it gives me that sense of groundedness I miss in my life sometimes.  Luckily, this weekend I made falafel that could easily be reheated for a quick dinner and out the door routine of Monday nights.
