Well my exercise plans changed a bit. I decided to move my yoga day to tomorrow, and focus on aerobics and strength today. So, right after work I hit the gym and ran for 30 mins (I really hate that the treadmill won’t let you set it for longer and it feels weird to stop and restart) then used the stair climber for 15 minutes. And before I go to bed tonight I’ll be doing the Self Challenge: Month Two Strength workout for the first time. I’ll give you the review tomorrow.
In the meantime. I ate dinner, lovely.
