I actually had time to run home and eat a well balanced meal before my rehearsal tonight.  I can’t tell you what a difference that makes.  Carrying around your dinner from 7am till 8pm can be somewhat deflating to ones appetite. 

I really do try to make it a priority, even when I’m not doing the SELF Challenge, to have fruits and vegetables in every meal.  Which is why salads are a mainstay of my diet.

I’m also brewing a large cup of coffee to help me get through tonight. I have no time for a workout tonight, so hopefully my improv rehearsal tonight will be active.
