I was out and about much of the day yesterday and didn’t get a chance to blog about my food.  I did however take my handy-dandy camera out with me.  So, let’s start with yesterday.

This was probably my healthiest interaction with food for the day.
Salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, blue cheese and grilled chicken.  Dressed in low fat balsamic vinaigrette.  Yum.

Then came happy hour, I may have had a few beers, but they were lite.  Does that count as diet friendly?

Really yummy pasta dish with mushrooms and super awesome cool noodles.  I have no idea what was in it really, but it was phenomenal.  Oh, and there may have been red wine involved.  Let’s just say it was a good Friday.

TODAY

Okay, so I have an interesting day in store.  I have a sketch comedy show at 6pm, but that’s after a 3 hour rehearsal.  I’ll also be going out to dinner afterward with friends and family, so there will be food involved that may or may not be challenge friendly.  I also woke up this morning with a craving for soup, so my breakfast was a little unconventional.

Campbell’s Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle Soup
Whole Wheat bread with cheese, toasted.

 Breakfast will probably have to hold me over till dinner time.
