Have you ever had one of those days where all you want is food?  Yeah, I was ravenous today.  Seriously, I was starving at work, even with my lunch.  I bought some trail mix as a snack, because I knew nuts were challenge friendly.  But not even a high protien snack could tide me over.  I had a pretty large dinner and ended it all with a low fat cupcake.  And now, I feel gross, and tired and am waiting to digest a bit to exercise for the day. Perhaps a nap is in order…
