Ahh, well I feel drained yet refreshed. I went for a 3-mile run and a 90-minute Bikram yoga class.  Once I was sufficiently re-hydrated the only logical thing for me to do was make dinner.  I was starving when I got back from yoga at 9:30, so I made a quick, easy, healthy(almost) dinner.

It was a long day, trust me, I earned that beer.  Now, in order for me to earn my keep, I need to do some research for the show.  Have a great night!
