Alrighty. Good start to the day. I woke up late, but not as late, I’m getting better, 6:30 is way more doable in regard to getting out the door than 7:30.
Again I started the day off with a smoothie, all the ingredients are challenge friendly, so why not. I did however sub in lite soy milk for 1% and it was way tastier.
Seriously, I might be a farting machine.

35 minute run and strength training
