There really is something to be said for routine.  Routine takes the thought and pressure out of decision making, and today I’m back to a routine breakfast lunch.  Tomorrow will be different because I’m not shooting and I’ve run out of turkey, what an adventure that’ll be! 

Breakfast 3.6.08: Just a dollop of Daisy

Oatmeal with a dollop of lite plain yogurt and wee fist-fulls of salt
Chocolate milk (1% milk and low sugar chocolate powder)

I like dairy, a lot, can you tell?

Whole wheat turkey and lite Cheddar sandwich
Celery and peanut butter

I figured I’d already had a serving of dairy for breakfast no need to break out the cheese singles with lunch.

I’m not sure what I’m doing for dinner tonight.  I have a meeting after work and I’ll see how that goes before I make any decisions.   I am however planning on sticking with my challenge goal to have rockstar arms, so I’m doing The Firm: Jiggle Free Arms.  The DVD also includes cardio, so I’ll get a little strength a little cardio and a night off from the gym.jfa
