Since I ate my lunch for breakfast 2.0 I went out in search for a healthy mid-day meal, and what’s healthier than vegetables in water. Yup, you guessed it, vegetable soup for lunch. It was so satisfying with it’s little accoutrement of flaky whole grain bread and a can of fresca on the side. I really have been trying not to drink soda, but fresca is so light and refreshing, resistance really is futile.
Hmm, today is shaping up to be a carb heavy day. Oh well, let them eat cake!
