Whoa, it’s one of those days.  I woke up super hungry and running super late.  So my breakfast isn’t totally challenge friendly.  I just had cereal (it was whole grain and had nuts, can I count that?), but by the time I got to work I was starving!  So, I ate the turkey sandwich I had made for lunch.  Yeah, a turkey sandwich at 10am is awesome.  I’m a little gross.  So now, I don’ t totally have lunch, but I had two breakfasts!

Cereal and 1% milk

Breakfast part two:
turkey and lite Cheddar sandwich on whole wheat
babybel cheese

 I didn’t eat the baby carrots I brought, so that will be a part of lunch.  God bless camera phones, I’ll bring you whatever I end up with.  It’s a good thing I’m doing cardio tonight.
