I only weighed myself today, because I think measuring takes time and should be done once a month.  But, I promised a full confessional, so here goes:

Starting Stats:

Weight: 153
Bust: 38.5
Waist: 29.5
Hips: 39
R. Arm: 12.5
R. Thigh: 24

Week 1 weight….drum roll…

Weight: 149lbs.

 I lost 4 pounds the first week!  Wow, I don’t think that’s something to expect every week.  But hey, I guess it shows the program to be effective.  SELF declares my ‘happy weight’ to be about 120.  I scoff at that.  My personal happy weight is 145, anything below that I get to be non-curvy, and well, a girl has to work what her mama gave her.  I’m already starting to see diminishing returns on my boobs.  I don’t think it’s all from this week, I’ve been working out pretty hard core for months now to train for this climb, and I think it’s all catching up to me right now.
