Alright, this is my last day of dietary freedom. The challenge starts tomorrow.  So far today has been super productive and it’s only 10am.  I got up this morning and hit the gym, ran 3-miles and even hit the weight room.  At 7am on a Sunday the gym is totally empty so I only had to compete with old people and women for the weight machines.  Then I came home and made breakfast and now I’m getting ready for a day of shooting to make up for the fact that I’ll be out of town all week on a business trip.  Can I just say that starting the SELF challenge the same day that I’m leaving for 6 days of hotel food and sitting in meetings non-stop is pretty daunting, but I’ll do what I can with what I have.

Now, I’m off to blowdry my hair (which is a workout in itself; I have a ton of hair) and slap some make up on and head to the studio.  Sunday, what a relaxing day, sigh. . .
